On Thursday 12th March, we said a fond farewell to our chosen charities from the past two years - Growing Well Cumbria RABI and RSABI. Over that time, we raised almost £40,000 through a wide range of events, including sponsored walks, tombolas, the Gelt Gladiator, charity balls and more...
So many of our staff played their part - whether organising events, encouraging others to get involved, taking part or sponsoring colleagues. We’re incredibly proud of everyone who contributed. Raising £40K is a fantastic achievement and will make a real difference in helping these charities continue their important work. Well done to all involved!
At the same time, we were delighted to say hello to our chosen charity for the coming year - Hospice UK. Whilst it is a national charity, our fundraising efforts will focus on supporting the local hospices close to our office locations across our trading area. We’re looking forward to getting started and hope we can make a meaningful impact in our local communities x
